Olga Teksheva

Italy-based, Born in Moscow, Russia, Olga Teksheva specializes in wall sculptures, textile and fiber installations, and works on paper in mixed media.. She is inspired by archaeological objects, the underwater world, traditional textiles of Siberian or Pre-Columbian cultures and medieval Japanese art. Her fiber installation “Appearing / Disappearing” is in the collection of the MAAM museum in Rome. Her works are in private collections in the United States, Russia, Italy and Switzerland.
