Shipping Policies
Shipping is included in the price. Best efforts will be made to ship the items in time, but it is not the vendor's responsibility if there is any delay due to external influences. The receiving party is responsible for possible extra fees, such as local import rates and tax.
Returns
We want to make sure you love your boomerang and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with it in any way we offer exchanges and returns within 45 days of your purchase date. Please place a return request by emailing us at letscurateinfo@gmail.com to get a return authorization before shipping your tie back to us. Without authorization, we will not be able to accept the return. Once we receive your authorized return we will ship out the new boomerang. Please note you will be responsible for any price difference of the new boomerang. When sending an authorized return for a refund, please send us back the boomerang with a note explaining your return. You will be refunded the original purchase excluding shipping costs. Custom boomerangs include with a custom engraving or paintings are nonrefundable since they are made to order.
We cannot accept product returns for items damaged by the user or items purchased from other retailers. If requesting a refund, please enclose all promotional items that were included with your order. Please enclose a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip as proof of purchase if it is available.
